Dr. Carla Gray, best-selling author, CEO and Founder of Educational Treasures and Gray’s Greatness, has over twenty years of expertise as an educational consultant, professional trainer, coach, and entrepreneur. Her background as a former classroom teacher, principal, and state department of education curriculum developer combined with her experience as a certified behaviorist equips her with a unique skill set that has catapulted her to help countless school districts both nationally and internationally, organizations, and individual clients to achieve massive performance growth.

 Dr. Gray holds specialized certifications and has worked in a number of capacities. She is an entrepreneur who is a certified  coach and  trainer for DISC Assessments and Personality Profiles.  She is certified in Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, Elementary Education, and K-12 Reading Instruction. She has worked as a State Department of Education Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator, Central Office Curriculum Coordinator, Principal, and Teacher.  Dr. Gray remains abreast and relevant by attending  professional conferences and obtaining upgraded certifications in her fields.  

 Dr. Gray is a lifelong learner. She holds membership TEAM Referral Network  and the Small Business Administration. She hones her skills as a professional presenter and as a motivational speaker through her membership and serving as President of Rising Star Toastmasters International.

As a successful entrepreneur, Dr. Gray designs customized  training sessions and programs that revolutionize educational institutions, businesses, community organizations, and the relationships among team members.  Naturally, she is passionate about coaching aspiring business leaders. Hence, Dr. Gray creates systems that are transformational.

Her pass time is spent traveling, reading, playing acting roles, volunteering, and being a wife and mother.
