A 4-hour, live or (online) workshop that leads organizations and professionals in the process to transform their work culture from toxic to relational. Facilitated by seasoned executive trainers, participants learn about the root causes of rupture and disconnection in the workplace, and the skills to neutralize it and build connection in its place. Learn the Safe Conversations Dialogue process with two special workplace tools designed to build teamwork and improve problem-solving.
Who is this for? Professionals at all levels from every type of organization will meet in 20-person Learning Cohorts. As well as a professional/interpersonal skill development opportunity, the Organizational Workshop offers a platform for networking and lateral engagement, so valuable in today’s cross-functional, hybrid workplace climate.

A 4-hour, live (online) workshop that provides skills and practice for building connection in every relationship. The Life Skills Workshop puts the Safe Conversations skills in the context of everyday life, with an emphasis on how and when to use Dialogue as a way of bridging divide.
Who is this for? Couples, pairs, or individuals looking for tools to overcome communications or problem-solving issues. Life Skills is not a substitute for therapy, it is an opportunity to learn, and practice a skill set that can be transferred from relationship to relationship, one conversation at a time.
